ESW Capital LLC Completes Acquisition of ScaleArc

AUSTIN, Texas — January 18, 2018 – ESW Capital, LLC, the expert in enterprise software and acquisition strategy, today announced that it has completed an asset acquisition of ScaleArc, a Silicon Valley-based innovator of database load balancing software that provides continuous availability at high-performance levels for mission-critical database systems deployed at scale. The ScaleArc business will become part of ESW affiliate Ignite Technologies, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
