AUSTIN, Texas — July 18, 2019 — Ignite Technologies and ESW Capital announced today Smart Routines is now part of Ignite’s enterprise solutions portfolio through a reorganization within ESW Capital’s operating companies.
Smart Routines, an HR self-services platform, was previously aligned with ESW’s Skyvera portfolio.

With Smart Routines, customers drive down cost-per-employee by streamlining managerial tasks and human resources processes. The Smart Routines platform integrates HR processes into an employee’s daily work environment, including SharePoint-based intranets, Office 365, web and mobile apps.
By joining Ignite, Smart Routines customers now have access to the company’s innovative Ignite Prime program, a one-of-a-kind customer benefit. The Ignite Prime program is an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) which provides access to a robust catalog of 17 Ignite software solutions. The program enables customers to accelerate digital transformation initiatives and modernize sales, marketing, finance and IT operations on unprecedented, customer-friendly economic terms.
With the merger, Smart Routines will undergo a name change to Ignite SV Solutions, Inc., and the Smart Routines solution will be marketed, sold, and supported as one of Ignite’s human resources solutions.
