Merger adds Customer Engagement and Supply Chain solutions to IgniteTech’s broad family of solutions

AUSTIN, Texas — February 17, 2021 — IgniteTech™, the company “Where Software Goes to Live™” and its parent, ESW Capital, today announced the merger of sister operating company Aclate Inc. into IgniteTech. With this acquisition, Aclate’s eleven software solutions will now be part of a much larger business unit that has been profitably operating for over ten years, providing additional resources to both the Aclate and IgniteTech customer bases.

The addition of Aclate’s Customer Engagement and Supply Chain platforms strengthens IgniteTech’s Sales & Marketing EnablementCustomer Experience ManagementFunctional Process Automation and Commerce & Digital Engagement solution suites. IgniteTech’s vision and mission continues to be realized through the enrichment of these foundational suites of technology enterprise software customers need.
