Knova CoPilot uses GenAI technology to help customer service teams quickly find and understand information from the Knova knowledge base. CoPilot delivers on-the-spot summaries of intricate documents or procedures. Whenever a user hovers over or selects a document, the "Quick Summarize" option pops up. Upon activation, Knova CoPilot scans the document and generates a brief yet comprehensive summary displayed either in a popup window or a sidebar.
