Branding Guidelines

Anyone who intends to use any of Ignite's trademarks should become familiar with the Ignite Technologies Brand Standards Guide. When our corporate identity is presented consistently, we create a positive and lasting impression of our company. The value of our brand symbol (logo and corporate identity) is immeasurable. Its value increases each time it is presented properly and decreases with every incorrect or improper application.

These branding guidelines are to help you make proper use of Ignite trademarks. Our trademarks are important and valuable assets because they represent the standards of quality and innovative thinking associated with Ignite products.

The Ignite Technologies Brand Standards Guide is designed for Ignite partners and system integrators, as well as Ignite employees and agencies that are authorized to use the corporate logos in creating presentations, packaging, collateral or ads. Please read this guide carefully to make sure logo usage complies with Ignite corporate policy. Your help and support in applying the guidelines strictly and consistently will add to the strength of our company.

BRAND STANDARDS GUIDE FOR USAGE OF THE IGNITE CORPORATE LOGO
The Ignite logo is a specifically designed graphic and may not be re-typeset or modified in any way. Artwork for the logo is available in electronic form on this Website.

Color
The approved colors for the Ignite logo are:

  • For four-color process printing: Gold (C:0, M:43, Y:100, K:34); Blue (C:100, M:47, Y:0, K:47)
  • For two-color spot printing: PMS 8581 , PMS 540
  • For one-color printing: Black

Placement Treatment

  • The Ignite logo may never be used to represent the word "Ignite" in text, whether it appears in a headline,
    product-name logotype, or body copy.
  • The logo must always be accompanied by the registered trademark symbol (®).
  • Use only approved Ignite artwork.
  • The Ignite logo is available in several formats and they should be used as follows:
For offset printing: EPS Macintosh EPS PC
For Web usage: GIF Format JPEG Format
For screen presentations: BMP Format WMF Format

Combining the logo with other graphics
The Ignite logo never appears with any other symbol or icon (except the registered trademark symbol), nor
is it contained within a box, circle, or other shape.

Logo Usage
Third-Party Usage
The Ignite logo may be used only when referring to Ignite Technologies, Inc. In addition to the color, size,
and placement rules outlined here, third parties must also agree to the following terms and conditions when
using our corporate logo. Any use of the logo that falls outside what is outlined below is strictly prohibited.

Guidelines for Third Parties

  1. Our logo may only be used to identify Ignite Technologies, Inc. or Ignite products or services.
  2. Our logo may not be used in a manner that would imply your company is sponsored or endorsed by, or affiliated with, Ignite.
  3. Our logo may not be used in a manner that would imply goods, services or Web sites provided by your company are sponsored or endorsed by, or affiliated with, Ignite.
  4. Our logo may not be used in a manner that would disparage Ignite Technologies, Inc. or its products or services.
  5. Our logo should never appear larger and/or more prominent than your trade name, service name, or trademark on any materials produced or distributed by your company.
