Ignite Technologies adds Workstation and Server Management to its Solutions Portfolio with Ecora

AUSTIN, Texas — July 18, 2019 — Ignite Technologies and ESW Capital announced today that Ecora is now part of Ignite’s enterprise solutions portfolio through a reorganization of ESW Capital’s operating companies.  

Ecora, a workstation and server management solution, was previously aligned with ESW’s Versata portfolios. 

“The merger will be an exciting one for existing Ecora customers,” said Davin Cushman, CEO, Ignite Technologies  “Ignite will be making material investments in enhancing customer value through a 5x larger Prime program and a new product strategy allowing individual customers to turbo-charge customization of the Ecora platform to best meet their needs.”

Ecora provides agentless management of an organization’s IT environment and includes two products: Auditor Pro and Patch Manager. Auditor Pro manages workstations and servers by having access to a wide range of reports based on the machines’ configurations. Patch Manager automates system discovery, patch assessment and patch installation on workstations and servers.

By joining Ignite, Ecora customers now have access to the company’s innovative Ignite Prime program, a one-of-a-kind customer benefit. The Ignite Prime program is an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) which provides access to a robust catalog of 17 Ignite software solutions. The program enables customers to accelerate digital transformation initiatives and modernize sales, marketing, finance and IT operations on unprecedented, customer-friendly economic terms.  

With the merger, Ecora will be marketed, sold and supported as one of Ignite’s IT and Compliance solutions.
