- Data Management Services: An audited review of key UAD operations, including data imports and exports designed to maximize and maintain data feeds into and out of the UAD so you always have optimum value.
- Email Deliverability Services: Designed to work with customers to maximize deliverability rates, this service includes proactive deliverability monitoring, blast analysis to identify potential issues, and IP warming services.
Ignite Kickstart Services are available for new customers to quickly get started with delivering the value of your new Knowledge Marketing solution to your organization. Kickstart Services include configuration and installation and are delivered by Ignite’s global Professional Services organization.

The new surveying capability provides the ability to analyze how experience varies by audience segment/demographic, establish a systematic process to address issues and reduce churn and even identify ‘promoters’ and engage them in new ways to help grow your audience.
Engage Your Audience with Interactive Digital Editions of Your Publications
Marketers must continually adapt their communication strategies with how customers want to consume content. The Knowledge Marketing platform now includes a digital publishing capability to reach new audiences and drive increased audience engagement.
The new digital publishing capability delivers content in a print replica format, including stories and ads, augmented with special digital content such as video, image galleries, supplementary content, and live web updates.
